Excessive Sweating - Stop it Naturally
Before we list the ways that can aid the prevention of your sweat, you have to be made aware that sweating is an essential bodily process and you shouldn’t eliminate sweating completely. Sweating is your body’s temperature control process. The sweat glands make perspiration which is brought to your skin’s surface when your body temperature rises. As the perspiration evaporates, it aids cool your skin to a standard temperature. Without sweat, your body could start overheating, leading to dangerous medical problems, even death.

These are all locations where bacteria thrive, which is why these locations are so prone to body odor.
There are numerous natural deodorants that you can avail when you put your clothes on. You can make your own by combining equal parts of water and rubbing alcohol with tiny amounts of alum and rose water (both are readily available at grocery and drug stores.) Or, you can try using a small amount of talcom powder or cornstarch. These can be less irritating than the prevalent deodorant/antiperspirants that comprise aluminum chloride or aluminum chlorohydrate. Visit a health food store for other natural antiperspirants.
If your face is vulnerable to sweating, try keeping a tiny spray bottle of witch hazel available, along with a small supply of cotton balls. Spray the witch hazel on one of these cotton ball and gently brush it over the face for quick respite.
Natural processes to stop sweating are very easy to use and not expensive. You do not have to break the bank to stop breaking your sweat.
